MRLF announces
‘Get-Out-The-Vote’ schedule for Saturday, November 2 through Election Day

MINNEAPOLIS — The Minneapolis Regional Labor Federation seeks union members to volunteer for “Get-Out-The-Vote” phonebanks and doorknocks running Saturday, November 2 through Election Day Tuesday, November 6.
This year, MRLF “Get-Out-The-Vote” staging areas will be located in three suburban areas where the MRLF has been working on targeted legislative races. Phonebanks and doorknocks will be run from all three locations.
“The big push is Saturday, November 3 and Sunday, November 4 when people are home,” said Chelsie Glaubitz, MRLF political director. “We need the most help Saturday and Sunday. Doorknocking is the top priority.”
The three GOTV staging areas include:

At all three locations, the starting times for three-hour volunteer shifts include:
Saturday, November 3
9 a.m., 12 noon, 3 p.m., 6 p.m.
Sunday, November 4
12 noon, 3 p.m., 6 p.m.
Monday, November 5
9 a.m., 12 noon, 5 p.m.
Tuesday, November 6, Election Day
8 a.m., 11 a.m., 2 p.m., 5 p.m.
