Central Library Parking

Here are options for parking if you plan to attend July 23 or August 6 events co-sponsored by the Minneapolis Labor Review at the Downtown Central Library.

The Central library is located at 300 Nicollet Mall (The library occupies the block between 3rd Street N., 4th Street N. and Nicollet Mall and Hennepin Ave.

Parking
Central Library has underground parking accessible from 4th Street (4th Street is a one-way street; head towards Nicollet from Hennepin on 4th St. in the left lane, turn left into ramp just before Nicollet)
Rates are $5 for three hours or $7.00 for 4 hours.

Surface parking is available at a parking lot between Nicollet Mall and Marquette Ave., 3rd Street, and 4th Street. The rate is a $4 flat rate for the evening.

Two private parking ramps are available on the right-hand side of 4th Street N. (4th St. is a one-way street heading from Hennepin towards Nicollet).

For the first ramp, head towards Nicollet from Hennepin on 4th Street N. in the right lane, turn right into ramp mid-block before Nicollet). The rate is a $6 flat rate for the evening.

For the second ramp, head towards Nicollet from Hennepin on 4th Street N. in the right lane, turn right into ramp just after crossing Nicollet). The rate is a $4 flat rate for the evening.
